If I declare bankruptcy, get a divorce, go on welfare, Claim hardship to the judge if she tries to go for alimony as I would be on welfare, get educated (maybe) and then get a great paying job or run my own business where I am making significant money; can she still go after for alimony even after the divorce? Especially if she still is in financial troubles herself?
