Claiming Bankruptcy On Student Loans

FAFSA Student Loan Application: Living with parents again. Include wages in the form or not?
I'm 33 years said bankrupt earlier this year and lived at home with my parents over the past two years. I want out of this quagmire without end that I myself and get a permit system prior to or at least a C in Computer Information Technology (ICT). To do that, if I need financial aid. I only work part-time now in min. wages and employment prospects are not exactly all that great right now. I mean I have to make all information on the form of bankruptcy, but what my parents pay? Although I live with them, I'm not exactly under the care of my parents more (at least not in the legal sense). Do not ask me as a person dependent on taxes. Do I pay or not?
The FAFSA does not request information and bankruptcy is not necessary to include their information from parents, because you are an independent student. You only need information about your income (tax information, 2009) and the information of liquid assets. Financial assistance will be determined by your income last year … not their current income.
