NLP is the process of identification, and transfer encoding precisely these differences can learn in a way the participants and interested companies to allow their performance significantly improved levels of excellence. "
Not exactly succinct, but detailed enough to pass muster with human resources departments of companies that spend more time developing mission statements of planning and executing the mission effectively. Basic theory is that if you can define the objective rather vague, no will know when you do not!
Grinder and Bandler is soon divided for reasons not made public, but not before working on some books and a world tour some of the interventions and mass therapy sessions that quickly caught the imagination of the human potential movement upward and corporate America.
The Potentialists the man who flirted with the Transcendental Meditation EST Werner Erhard, the Scientology, Hare Krishna and many other similar sets of beliefs taken from East have been attracted to the idea that changes Actual results can be achieved without a real job. Believe it – be present. If there was an underlying cause of the misconduct you are trying to change, fuggitaboudit. It makes no sense to go through the pain of self-examination when all you need to become a master of the universe was that you were, and now is!
Corporate America was in the process of buying similar motivations – reward without risk. In this case, NLP where the road to success, simply by employees to believe they [could choose one] to sell, reach, Excel, lead, speak well, etc, without having to worry about the messy business of all, slow, often inaccurate and work involved in hiring the best employees. The "fear" that many feel about a group is not the same that we experience when the tire on the minivan hits 70 mph in the cases, but are protective chemicals circulating the bloodstream, and all the mental gymnastics in the world does not slow the heart rate or metabolism or reduce blood pressure.
"Images" yourself in a quiet mind is not calm a person down as powerful forces in the body – the involuntary – are presented with pre-programmed specific stimuli. In the case mentioned, we have been programmed to recognize the threat of being alone against a hostile tribe back in a few million years BC, and theories of welfare Redwoods 1970 California is not likely to change overnight. Or a couple of coffee.
The only way I can change the body's response is to change the stimuli, something that can be easily done by changing specific behaviors in which the majority of speakers to deliver when the pressure in front of a crowd. However, it is useful to know that a linguist, someone who is supposed to have a complete understanding of the power of words together, that's how Grinder offers "proof" that NLP really works:

So while the process of creating effective model – codifying critical difference is quite in harmony with scientific methods general findings and evidence, models differ in their theories of the issue of independence as the truth, the adjustment to reality … The models are of course as part of scientific discourse in general, subject to criteria such as the intersubjective verification, reproducibility, consistency Interior ,…"
Well, there you have it – all you have many words to say to be true, do not you think?
Oh, one side is interesting to note that if companies continue hiring NLP training companies to succeed in improving the process painless, others feel that the jury is still out on its effectiveness. The jury is certainly not Richard Bandler. In 1988, two years after the murder and five years later Bandler NLP training company, No, Inc. filed for bankruptcy, the jury acquitted him Bandler assassination for strictly legal. They just could not beyond a reasonable doubt that the NLP guru, and his only friend, a distributor major cocaine in Santa Cruz, who has pulled the trigger Bandler .357 Magnum has sent his shot to close the nostril and into the brains of 35 years, girlfriend of the years dealer. No doubt his Bandler NLP training was probably not guilty, and at least at this time, which makes it real.
