I just received Notice of Chapter 7 cases without rejection as a debtor has not submitted an official form 23? Certification of debtors at the end of the course on financial management intructional personal. I broke in February 2009 and the hearing date was March 6, 2009. He took an online course on the day of trial. I have a certificate dated March 6, 2009. I just received a notice of September 21, 2009. Communication dated September 17, 2009. If I go to the bankruptcy court tomorrow with a copy of the certificate of what will happen me and my case? Having to pay money? The case will be closed completely? Please help need answers l.
