welfare overpayment?
I have a welfare overpayment that i have to pay back from GA and Its my case workers faught I gave her all nessary info needed anyhow i fell behind in the payments can i Filed this on chapter 7 bankruptcy
It doesn’t matter who’s fault it was, you still got an over-payment. That’s how welfare regulations are written. Don’t know about the bankruptcy, but are you sure you want to screw up your credit for just this one debt???? You may want to contact a lawyer who specializes in bankruptcies.
