With the way the economy is, it is possible that there will be an amnesty the national debt? Here are some reasons why I think it is possible: 1) more stringent bankruptcy laws, it is virtually impossible to file for Chapter 7 only Chapter 13 is an option. If you choose Chapter 13 and then pays its outstanding shares, but the employment situation in this country, it is highly unlikely that you can always pay their debts. So if you file bankruptcy and credit card companies that is dragged to court, and have a trial against you, but you still unable to pay (because there is nothing to adorn), they gain nothing. Would not it be smarter to give everyone a clear list?
