Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Abandonment
What do this mean-The following order is approved and entered as the order of this court.?
This is a bankruptcy case. I file for bankruptcy and now is finishing it up. (Chapter 7) Also on the letter was (order granting motion of —— for relief from the automatic stay and abandonment. If is further ordered that the trustee shall abandon the estate’s interest in said real property and that entry of this order shall constitute said abandonment pursuant to section 554(b) of the bankruptcy code. It is further ordered that this order shall be effective immediately upon its entry. Is this saying that we should vacant this house. We are like 2 payment behind because i lost my job. But now working again.
What do this mean.
