Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Protection
Can I do this legally help?
I am currently under chapter 13 bankruptcy. I wanted a line of credit on my bank account for overdraft protection. If I get this will it be considered applying for a loan or credit? Because I can’t apply for credit or my case will be dismissed. No stupid remarks please!!
No you can not. It is considered applying for new credit. If you are in bankruptcy proceedings than the bank would not give it to you anyway. It would be denied.
