How long after a trial that I have to collect and garnish wages?
I obtained a decree on 07 December, but know the person I need to know if a Chapter 13 bankruptcy filed on January 8, how I can know the release date of bankruptcy? So I can start accumulating in my decision? How long do I have after a trial that has been ordered to stop but not valid for travel after the defendant? Thanks
If your decision has been discharged in bankruptcy, you can "potentially" is in trouble if you try to raise the matter. Surely you need to know bankrupt and whether his sentence was entered into prior to this issue.
