Chapter 7 bankruptcy candidate?

I have 23 years of age, with 22,000 in unsecured debt. I know I can not believe how much I messed up my life. Without going into a long story about how or why, it was mostly the game. I 32 000 a year. I guess that makes me a very viable candidate for the chapter 7, even on the basis of new laws.
