California Bankruptcy Us Courts

Another property management company has taken over my lease, can they charge late fees?
A few months ago we received a letter from the Superior Court of California indicates that the house we rent is in foreclosure because the property management company to pay the rent the bankruptcy was filed. We had another property management company to enter and take over the collection of rent for the bank as directed by the court. We signed a contract with landlord / tenant with them. They tried to charge late fees (even though our car was not the end) But can they legally charge us even without a written agreement? And what happens to our deposit?
They do not need a new agreement you signed with the original company still stands. Nothing happens to your deposit, not its end anyway. In CA, have a refund of your deposit, less any damage or invoices within 21 days of your move OUT. His contract is good, you have no right to break it. The new the company will refund your deposit if you qualify.
