How is a CH. 7 bankruptcy without a day of consultations of 60 years, because no income to a lawyer about?
I am researching HOW WIKI through bankruptcy, but I'm confused about your treatment without consulting a credit counselor. I had no income to a lawyer about. The Reform Act of bankruptcy (BAPCPA) of 2005 requires you to receive Credit Counseling from a certified credit counselor by the trustee of the United States for credit counseling prior to the bankruptcy of his district within 180 days before bankruptcy. The law makes no exception for people without income, people who just had a heart stroke million and has no health insurance, people whose homes and businesses, or even cities whole have been demolished by a tornado or a hurricane or flood (excluding Hurricane Katrina – not a specific exception to this particular hurricane), etc. etc, etc. It's a stupid law in some respects (Or at least the way it was written is stupid in some respects), but it's the law. So I just have to do. Sometimes This requirement in particular makes no sense, but you have to do it anyway because it is the law and the law has not granted any exception (not that the victims of Hurricane Katrina, that has been in the news when the law was passed).
