NEW YORK—-Fitch Ratings affirms 15 classes of GS Mortgage Securities Corp. II’s commercial mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2001-GLIII. Fitch has also removed one class from Rating Watch Negative, maintained one class on Rating Watch Negative, and has assigned and revised Rating Outlooks.
