Bankruptcy On Taxes

Do you have a small business with tax arrears for bankruptcy in taxes to get rid of them?
No attension to the other posters, the only one who has an idea of what speech is Wartz. Most taxes can be discharged in bankruptcy unless the taxes are not trust funds (940 and 941) and are quite old (2003 and older). It dosne't matter if you use Chapter 7 or 13. I'm not with familuar Chapters of the company. The reason which can not tax relief trust fund is that you need to retain these employees to pay and forwarded to the government. In general, the IRS is much lienent personal taxes more than they are with business taxes. You should consult an attorney for more information about your paticular situation. IRS did not respond questions because the laws vary from state to state.
