After Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing, "I can continue to pay rent, so that protection under the bankruptcy?
Am owns a small bakery in a shopping mall in an LLC and the idea of applying for Chapter 11 protection because I am behind in rent and my landlord will not renegotiate the lease. My question is, after the presentation, the court suspended the shipment of my household income? If so, how time?
Reread chapter 13 of your deposit – you should give all their assets to the court to decide who and what to pay. What would be the gain of the court to delay the payment of rent?
