bankruptcy is not so bad
Should I get a divorce before filing for bankruptcy?

I have a credit card that I shared with my wife. its about 10,000 accredited mine is perfect, not very good. but I want to declare bankruptcy. I want to know how it would affect your credit score and recover it. I do get a divorce and accept the burdens as mine then the file or if I file it is.

I think it depends on the credit card is established. If you are the owner of the main board and is a user? If this is the case, I do not think that will be affected at all by bankruptcy. If the card in your name with you as a user, you can not file Bankruptcy regard. If you're a good boy and do want her involved in this dirty mess, just wait after divorce to be sure … unless you do not AFORD expect. Ask Your bankruptcy attorney if you need answers. My ex has filed for bankrupty as a tactic of revenge and failed miserably. He argued all sort of thing was his when he was mine when it filed for bankruptcy in the hope that the federal government had seized and we (the kids & I) would not home and homelessness. The battle was terrible and I was an innocent bystander having to defend my livelyhood and possessions. He was about to go to jail for their dirty tricks. Whatever you do … do not fool yourself and do not receive your thing, if you can help. Life is difficult enough as that! Good luck to you!
