I need information on Chapter 7 bankruptcy in Kansas.?
My ex-husband suddenly decided to file the bankruptcy of our debt combined, instead of paying per month for all paid off. To this end all the debtors are behind me, that if he could afford to pay for everything I would, but even two jobs is not enough to pay ever. Sooo … if anyone knows anything about Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in Kansas, it would be nice to have some information about it if they choose to. Graves Response; information only if you please.
You could try to work things out with creditors for partial payment instead of bankruptcy. Bankruptcy with some minor exceptions (such as standards for farm) is a federal issue, so any information should apply to all States.
