No applicants must submit a legal document? It can be done after the bankruptcy of the defendant?
I went to court and won the case, but now the defendant is bankrupt. The applicant has no other document in the file. I have understood you have six years to do this can still do so after bankruptcy hearing? Thank you.
I am a bankruptcy attorney and do not understand what you ask. Maybe you should rephrase the question to make it clearer.
