Laywer called my work for the old debt?
I have a bill was being Visa collections hole and a lawyer contacted me today day. They said they are taking action. First, he said he did not call my job again and gave him my phone number from the cell. Then I told him went into bankruptcy. She wanted to talk to my manager and I refused and told him to speak to my own attorney and hung up. She called back, she says she has no time for me HVE bankruptcy and said it would continue to call. I cling to her again, not recalled. But it will be tomorrow, I'm sure. I'm in Ontario, Canada and I need my rights. Can talk to my manager? Do not send orders throuhg first place, I have not received anything from a lawyer.

Search this lawyer "on the website of the company law of your province to see if it's actually a lawyer. If so, call the company right immediately and file a formal complaint. All complaints are taken seriously. If not a lawyer, the Bar Association to run after her to claim – the collection agency also can be nailed.
