How bankruptcy affects my mortgage?
I am a bankruptcy in Canada because of commercial failure in the mine. My husband and I our own house together. The bankruptcy trustee has no interest in the house as there is no equity in it. How much mortgage as I am concerned for bankruptcy and my husband is not and keep paying the monthly mortgage? It will not be a problem or just things should remain in the name comes from my husband?
