Bankruptcy And Foreclosure In Ohio
Ohio friend through divorce, bankruptcy?
My best friend is going through a divorce and bankruptcy. The first through the bankruptcy – filed joint papers with the lawyer yesterday. Her husband is leaving her house in foreclosure (three months behind in payments), but already has another house to move the tail. Performing an audit trail in the new home page, the auditor shows the father of the husband of the acquisition of homeowner recently effective 20/10/2008. I am sure that there is nothing wrong with that because the house is not the name of the spouse (for now). The spouse seeking alimony is my best friend, however, lives paycheck to paycheck, current and keep up with the support of children (in no particular order). What could be the failure of high divorce? Thanks for your help!
With all this happening .. the friend should have a lawyer for every legal issue resolved.
